摘要 为解决核电站部分阀门调试、维修、维护保养时手动启闭阀门劳动强度大、耗时长等问题,研制了阀门自动启闭装置,主要由动力源、传动模块、夹持模块、自固定模块构成。结合核级阀门特征参数,运用机械原理相关知识,进行了装置固定方案及传动方案设计;通过对自固定模块及传动模块的建模及有限元分析进行强度校核,确定设计尺寸完成装置加工并进行阀门启闭试验。试验结果表明该装置应用于核级阀门的启闭时控制简单可靠,运行平稳,能够实现预期的功能。 To solve the time consuming and labor intensive problem when opening and closing the valve manually in the process of commissioning,repair and maintenance in nuclear power plants,an automatic headstock gear for valves is developed,consisting of the power source,the transmission module and holding module and the self-fixing module.Based on mechanical theories,combining with the feature parameters of nuclear grade valves,the framework design of transmission scheme and fixation scheme is provided.The intension of the structure is checked by modeling for the linkages and the driving gear and finite element analysis.Then experiments are conducted on the device,indicating that the control system works simply and reliably with no noise or vibration,which can achieve all the expected functions.
