摘要
现代化灌区建设除需要完善的输水系统外,还需要有充足的水资源支撑。文章以新疆军塘湖灌区红山村示范区为实例,对该区域内现状年(2019年)和设计水平年(2025年)水资源供需关系进行了介绍分析。其中,居民生活及牲畜用水均完全满足,而现状年农业灌溉需水量大于供水量,需要超采地下水应对,但建设项目投入使用后便可使水资源供需得到平衡。
The construction of modern irrigation area needs not only perfect water delivery system but also sufficient water resources support.Taking Hongshan village demonstration area of Juntanghu Irrigation District in Xinjiang as an example,the water supply and demand relationship in the current year(2019)and design level year(2025)is analyzed.Among them,the water consumption of residents and livestock is totally met,while the current annual agricultural irrigation water demand is greater than the water supply,which requires excessively exploitation of groundwater.However,after the construction project is put into practice,the supply and demand of water resources can be balanced.
