摘要
目的分析人工髋关节置换手术患者转运边缘时间护理干预效果.方法选取2018年1月~2018年6月就诊于本院骨科的人工髋关节置换手术患者73例,设为观察组;选取2017年7月~2018年12月未实施边缘时间护理的人工髋关节置换手术患者73例,设为对照组.对照组采用常规护理标准对手术患者进行护理,观察组在常规护理标准基础上加以实施手术边缘时间护理风险管理的要求对患者进行护理.结果实施了边缘时间护理对策后,对照组发生不良事件次数高于观察组发生不良事件次数,同时,对照组不良时间发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05).结论实行转运边缘时间护理干预措施不仅可以有效的减少不良事件发生,也可以提高患者满意度,提高手术成功率,具有推广的意义.
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the transit time of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty.Methods 73 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty from January 2018 to June 2018 in the Department of Orthopaedics,Changping District Hospital of Beijing were selected as the observation group,and 73 patients who did not receive marginal time nursing from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the control group.The patients in the control group were nursed by routine nursing standards,while the patients in the observation group were nursed by the requirement of risk management of perioperative time nursing on the basis of routine nursing standards.Results After the implementation of the edge time nursing strategy,the number of adverse events in the control group was higher than that in the observation group.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse events in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients undergoing hip arthroplasty,the nursing intervention measures of transit marginal time can play a great role.It can not only effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events,but also improve the satisfaction of patients,and then improve the success rate of the operation,which has the significance of promotion.
