摘要
核糖核酸输出因子-1(ribonucleic acid export-1,RAE-1)是高度保守的与核形态相关的核孔复合物蛋白,参与成熟的信使RNA从细胞核到细胞质输出,且在有丝分裂检查点中起重要作用。RAE-1单倍体功能不全导致染色体错误分离与各种疾病表型相关。在人类,已发现RAE-1拷贝数异常与细胞周期、衰老、肿瘤及炎症等相关。本文就RAE-1与细胞周期、病毒感染、衰老、肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。
Ribonucleic acid export-1(RAE-1)is a highly conserved nuclear pore complex(NPC)protein associated with nuclear morphology,and it is involved in the export of mature messenger RNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm and plays an important role in mitotic checkpoints.RAE-1haploid dysfunction leads to chromosomal misclassification,which is associated with various disease phenotypes.RAE-1copy number abnormalities have been found to be associated with cell cycle,aging,viral infection,and inflammation in human.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship of RAE with cell cycle,virus infection,aging and tumors.
