某框架结构教学楼移位工程的关键技术分析 被引量:2

摘要 对某框架结构教学楼移位工程进行了移位设计和现场检测的关键技术分析。该移位工程在现有柱下独立基础顶部采用现浇钢筋混凝土包裹式托换框架柱的设计方案,根据现浇钢筋混凝土包裹式托换节点与框架柱的接触面积,确定托换节点中托换梁截面尺寸。框架柱托换节点同时作为框架结构整体移位的上轨道,并采用连系梁和斜撑连接各托换节点。该教学楼移位后,其基础形式仍为现浇混凝土柱下独立基础,且部分新基础是在原有基础上采用加大既有独立基础底面积的设计方案,并在新加基础以下换填砂垫层以减小结构沉降。 Key technology of displacement design and field detection of an existing frame-structured academic building is analyzed.The design scheme of cast-in-place reinforced concrete wrap-underpinning frame column is adopted at the top of the independent foundation under the existing column;the section size of the underpinning beam is determined according to the contact area between the cast-in-place reinforced concrete wrap-underpinning joint and the frame column;the frame column underpinning joints is used as the upper track of the moving of the frame structure,which were connected with linking beams and diagonal bracing.The foundation form of frame columns is still the independent foundation under column after the moving of the frame structured academic building.The design scheme of increasing the base area of the existing independent foundation is adopted by the new foundation and sand-filled cushion under the new foundation to reduce structural settlement.
