摘要
当前受中国经济新常态、数字经济以及全球新型冠状病毒肺炎等多重因素叠加影响,灵活就业劳动者体量日趋增长,然而国家相关法律法规发展滞后,致使此类劳动者权益保障不足。保护弱势劳动者的合法权益、构建和谐社会主义劳动关系是工会参与社会治理的基本职责。我们从工会的角度去探讨保护灵活就业劳动者权益的具体实现路径,同时也为探究劳动关系发展的新趋势提出更多的思考和探索。
At present,due to the combined effects of multiple factors including global COVID-19,the new normal of the Chinese economy,and the digital economy,the size of fl exible employment workers is increasing.However,the delay in the development of relevant national laws and regulations has resulted in damage to their rights and interests and protection of the rights of vulnerable workers.Constructing harmonious socialist labor relations is the basic responsibility of trade unions in participating in social governance.The purpose of this article is to explore the concrete realization path of protecting the rights and interests of fl exible employment workers from the perspective of the trade union,and also to put forward more thoughts and explorations for the study of new trends in the development of labor relations.
