摘要
高职院校作为我国高等学校的重要组成部分,与本科高校相比较,存在着办学定位、人才培养等方面的差异性,基层党建工作也呈现出不同的特点。因此加强对高职院校基层党建工作的研究和思考,对进一步落实立德树人根本任务,培养"德技双馨"技术技能人才,不断提高人才培养质量,办好人民满意的教育都会起到积极的促进作用。
Higher vocational colleges,as an important part of colleges and universities in China,compared with undergraduate colleges and universities,have differences in school running orientation,personnel training and other aspects,and the grass-roots party construction work also presents different characteristics.Therefore,strengthening the research and thinking on the grass-roots party construction work in higher vocational colleges will play a positive role in further implementing the basic task of cultivating talents with morality,training technical talents of“combining morality with technology”,continuously improving the quality of talent training,and running a satisfactory education for the people.
