摘要
目的对比3种不同口服溶液在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的作用。方法选取2017年7月—2019年9月行结肠镜检查者974例为研究对象,结肠镜检查前均给予口服溶液清洁肠道,根据口服溶液不同分为3组,分别给予硫酸镁溶液(A组,n=170)、磷酸钠盐溶液(B组,n=458)和复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液(C组,n=346)。对比3组肠道清洁效果和不良反应发生情况。结果C组肠道清洁合格率92.77%(321/346),高于A组的71.76%(122/170)和B组的70.96%(325/458),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组舒适程度优于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与口服硫酸镁溶液和磷酸钠盐溶液相比,口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液的肠道洁净效果最好,患者耐受程度高。
Objective To compare the effect of three different oral solutions in bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods Totally 974 patients undergoing colonoscopy were included in this study,and were divided into three groups according to the oral solution for bowel cleaning preparation:group A(n=170)with magnesium sulfate solution,group B(n=458)with oral sodium phosphate solution,group C(n=346)with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution.The quality of bowel preparation and comfort level were compared among three groups.Results The qualified rate of bowel preparation was 92.77%in group C,which was higher than 71.76%in group A and 70.96%in group B,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The comfort level in group C was higher than that of group A and group B,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with magnesium sulfate solution and sodium phosphate solution,the compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution is associated with a higher quality of bowel preparation and a higher comfort level.
