摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定文山盘龙河水中铁和锰,研究对比了两种测定方法对铁和锰两种元素测定的准确性、加标回收率及精密度。实验结果表明:两种方法测定盘龙河水中铁和锰的结果均具有良好的准确度和精密度。
FAAS and ICP-AES were used to determine the ferrum and manganese in the water of Panlong River in Wenshan.The accuracy of the two methods for the determination of the two metals was studied.The results showed that the two methods had good accuracy and precision in the determination of ferrum and manganese of the water of Panlong River.
