男性原发性纵隔绒毛膜癌1例 被引量：2

Primary mediastinal choriocarcinoma:one case report

摘要 患者男,50岁。1个月前无明显诱因出现咳嗽不适,干咳,阵发性发作,未进一步检查及治疗。近10天患者出现胸闷不适,平躺及活动后加重,遂入我院就诊。实验室检查:人类绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)>30000mIU/ml。胸部CT示:平扫见纵隔内分叶状软组织肿块,大小约3.8cm×4.1cm×6.7cm,边界不清,CT值23~48HU,双肺多发球形灶,边缘光整,密度均匀,CT值为25~32HU,增强后病灶边缘强化,中央坏死区未见明显强化,包绕邻近血管,上腔静脉局部变窄,双肺病灶边缘明显强化;双侧乳腺腺体轻度发育。
