摘要
目的通过湿疹患者的临床资料、理化检验以及过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测分析,寻找赣州地区湿疹患者的发病原因。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月在本院进行诊断治疗的湿疹(明确湿疹的诊断标准,诊断依据国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》)患者。按照入院顺序进行编号,设计病例临床资料记录表,记录每例患者的性别、年龄、发病季节等信息。针对患者的吸入性和食物过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测进行结果分析。300例患者均接受食物性和吸入性变应原特异性IgE抗体检测,采集患者的血清标本后在2~8℃条件下保存5 d。使用德国欧蒙医学实验诊断股份公司的食物性及吸入性过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测试剂盒对样本进行检测。其中吸入性过敏原包括尘螨、霉菌、蟑螂、兽羽、木棉类、榕树类;食物性过敏原包括海鲜类、鱼类、兽肉类、鸡蛋、奶制品、菇类。结果本研究中男女比例为1.25;18岁以上就诊患者数量多于18岁以下,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);春季发病患者明显高于其他季节发病患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸入性过敏原抗体检测,总阳性率为27%。其中尘螨、霉菌以及蟑螂过敏原的阳性率较高,分别为16.3%、14.0%及3.3%,其他过敏原阳性率较低。食物性过敏原抗体检测,总阳性率为26.3%。其中海鲜、鱼类过敏原的阳性率较高,分别为12.3%、13.6%,其他过敏原阳性率较低。结论本次过敏特异性抗体检验可以为赣州地区湿疹患者的过敏来源提供一定参考,吸入性过敏原可能以尘螨和霉菌为主,食物性过敏原以海鲜和鱼类为主,湿疹患者在日常生活中应注意避免与过敏原的接触。
Objective To investigate the causes of eczema in Zhangzhou by clinical data,physical and chemical tests and allergen-specific IgE antibody detection and analysis in patients with eczema.Methods Patients with eczema diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017(the diagnostic criteria for clear eczema were diagnosed according to the"Diagnostic and Efficacy Standards for TCM Syndrome"issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine).According to the order of admission,the clinical data record form of the case was designed,and the gender,age,and onset season of each patient were recorded.Analysis was performed on the patient's inhalation and food allergen-specific IgE antibody detection.All 300 patients were tested for food and inhalation allergen-specific IgE antibodies.The serum samples of patients were collected and stored at 2 to 8℃for 5 days.The samples were tested using the food and inhalation allergen-specific IgE antibody test kit from the German Omni Medical Laboratory Diagnostics AG.Among them,inhalation allergens include dust mites,molds,mites,animal feathers,kapok,and eucalyptus;food allergens include seafood,fish,animal meat,eggs,dairy products,and mushrooms.Results The gender ratio of 300 patients in this study was male/female:1.25.The number of patients over 18 years old was higher than 18 years old,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of spring patients was significantly higher than that of other seasonal patients,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In inhaled allergen antibodies,the overall positive rate was 27%.The positive rates of dust mite,mold and cockroach allergens were higher,16.3%,14.0%and 3.3%,respectively,and the positive rates of other allergens were lower.After 300 patients were tested for food allergen antibodies,the total positive rate was 26.3%.Among them,the positive rate of seafood and fish allergens was higher,12.3%and 13.6%,respectively,and the positive rate of other allergens was lower.Conclusion This allergy-specific antib
