摘要
目的研究基于中医特色的中医医院信息化建设路径。方法总结不同阶段的信息化建设特点及建设效果,以点带面地对中医医院信息化建设过程进行分析。结果通过对20余年的建设过程进行总结与分析,在中国中医科学院广安门医院建设中合理考虑了望闻问切、四诊合参、中医辨证等中医因素,建设成了互联互通,注重运维管理的中医医院信息化管理体系。结论中医医院信息化建设有其独有的特色与内涵,应总体考量形成中医医院信息化建设路径。
Objective To study the information construction path of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals based on the characteristics of TCM.Methods The characteristics and effects of informatization construction in different stages were summarized,and the process of information construction in traditional Chinese medicine hospital was analyzed representatively.Results By analyzing the construction process for more than 20 years,the author reasonably considered the TCM factors,such as observation,listening,interrogation and pulse-taking,four diagnosis and consultation,syndrome differentiation of TCM,and built an information-based management system of TCM hospitals that interconnected and emphasis on operation and maintenance management.Conclusion The informatization construction of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals has its unique characteristics and connotation.
