摘要
在高度城市化区域,高层建筑在小地块、高密度、高容积率、集约发展模式中出现了消防车登高操作场地设置超出建设用地红线、占用周边市政道路及其他用地的现象。为保障高层建筑的消防安全,协调消防车登高操作场地设置与市政用地、市政设施的关系,聚焦前海高层建筑消防车登高操作场地设置要求。在梳理国内与深圳市相关法律法规的基础上,结合前海规划的特点,从用地面积、用地尺寸、用地形状等方面分析前海高层建筑消防车登高操作场地设置的影响因素,制定消防车登高操作场地设置的基本原则,并提出管控要求。
In highly urbanized areas, high-rise buildings in small plots, high density, high plot ratio and intensive development mode, appear the phenomenon that the setting of the operation site for fire truck operation site exceeds the land red line and occupies the surrounding municipal roads and other land. Used for high-rise building fire safety, coordination the relationship with the municipal land, municipal facilities, this research has focused on on the management rules of operation site setting of fire truck operation site in Qianhai, in combination with domestic and shenzhen laws and regulations, combining with the characteristics of Qianhai planning, from the aspects such as land area, land size, land shape, analysis the influence factors of high-rise building fire truck operation site settings, formulate the basic principles, and make control requirements.
