摘要
目的:临床治疗中静脉治疗血管通道是患者治疗及护理用药的主要途径,在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者治疗过程中保障静脉治疗通道安全,保障静脉药物使用的有效性和高效预防交叉感染尤为重要。方法:基于国内外静脉治疗规范标准和专业技术要求,结合临床实践经验并查阅相关文献,在COVID-19疫情防控时期,形成静脉治疗通道风险防控管理的相关建议,推荐从静脉治疗护理的高风险环节识别、防控措施等全过程预防静脉治疗患者经由静脉输液通道的交叉感染。结果:提出静脉治疗护理高风险环节的识别、防控原则及防控要点,规范消毒、穿刺、导管维护等技术流程。结论:针对静脉治疗的关键环节,加强风险防控与管理,为确保有效治疗与护理、助力COVID-19疫情的有效防控,提供了重要技术保障。
Objective:Vascular access of intravenous therapy is the main means of medicine use of treatment and nursing of patients.During the treatment process,it is particularly important to ensure the safety of access of intravenous therapy,and guarantee the effectiveness and high efficiency of the use of intravenous medicine,and prevent cross infection.Based on the domestic and foreign standards of intravenous therapy and requirements of professional technique,and combined with clinical practice experience and related literatures to form relevant recommendations for the prevention,control and management of the risk of intravenous therapy access during preventing and controlling pandemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),and to recommend the whole processes included recognition of high risk link,the measure of prevention and control and others in the nursing of intravenous therapy to prevent these patients who received intravenous therapy were cross infected by venous transfusion access,and ensure effective treatment and nursing so as to contribute the effective prevention and control for the pandemic of COVID-19 and promote the early recovery of patients.
