面向汽车车身色彩-材料-表面处理工艺的耦合设计特性研究 被引量:10

摘要 为更好地满足用户对汽车外观设计的感性需求,探讨了汽车车身色彩-材料-表面处理工艺(Color-MaterialFinishing,CMF)的耦合设计特性。通过调研获取目标主题意象,再通过主成分分析法得到汽车车身色彩和表面质感设计元素的目标主题意象贴近度;利用潜在语义分析法对全面组合后的设计样本进行耦合度分析;通过对比设计样本的用户喜爱度与耦合度,探讨汽车车身CMF的耦合设计特性及其认知机理。研究结果表明:汽车车身CMF设计具有协调耦合性,应用感觉刺激高低调和的耦合设计规律能够有效地辅助车身色彩-材料-表面处理工艺的设计,进而提高用户满意度。 In order to better meet user sentimental requirements for automobile appearance design,the coupling design characteristics of car body Color-Material-Finishing(CMF) were discussed. The target theme kansei image was obtained. The principal component analysis was used to obtain target theme kansei image close degree of car body color and surface texture design elements. Latent semantic analysis method was used to perform coupling degree analysis of fully integrated design samples. Coupling deign characteristics and cognition mechanism of CMF were discussed through the comparison of user preference and coupling degree of design samples. The results showed that car body CMF design had harmonious coupling characteristics. The application of high and low harmonic sensory stimulation coupling design rule could assist car body CMF design effectively and improve user satisfaction.
