摘要
通过固相拉伸技术制备了聚丙烯自增强材料。利用DSC,WAXD等方法分析了拉伸温度对材料的熔融-结晶行为、取向度和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,固相拉伸制备聚丙烯自增强材料过程中,拉伸温度越高,拉伸力越低,所得聚丙烯自增强材料的结晶度越高。在固相拉伸过程中形成了有序程度更高的结晶形态,表现为熔点升高。聚丙烯分子链沿拉伸方向高度取向,取向程度受拉伸温度和实际拉伸比共同影响。固相拉伸所得聚丙烯自增强材料力学性能显著提高,拉伸强度可达150MPa以上,弯曲强度和弯曲模量随拉伸温度的升高而降低。
A polypropylene self-reinforced material was prepared by die-drawing technology.DSC,WAXD and other methods were used to analyze the effects of the drawing temperature on the melting-crystallization behavior,degree of orientation and mechanical properties of the material.The experimental results showed that in the process of preparing polypropylene self-reinforced material,the higher the drawing temperature,the lower the drawing force and the higher the crystallinity of the obtained polypropylene self-reinforced material.During the die-drawing process,a more ordered crystalline morphology was formed,which showed an increase in melting point.Polypropylene molecular chains were highly oriented along the drawing direction,and the degree of orientation was affected by both the drawing temperature and the actual drawing ratio.The mechanical properties of the polypropylene self-reinforced materials were significantly improved,the tensile strength was higher than 150 MPa,and the flexural strength and flexural modulus decreased as the tensile temperature increased.
