在圆盘浇铸机液压系统运行过程中,由于各种因素的影响,经常会发生一些故障,影响最终的冶炼效果。因此,针对圆盘浇铸机液压系统常见故障诊断以及维修技术展开详细的分析,希望相关人士能够重视圆盘浇铸机液压系统常见故障,为提升冶炼行业施工质量奠定坚实的基础。
In the operation of the hydraulic system of the disc casting machine,due to the influence of various factors,some faults often occur,which affect the final smelting effect.Therefore,this paper analyzes the common fault diagnosis and maintenance technology of the hydraulic system of the disc casting machine in detail,hoping that relevant people can pay enough attention to the common faults of the hydraulic system of the disc casting machine,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of the construction quality of the smelting industry.
