太阳能光伏直流蓄冷冷库温度场模拟和实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在一些电网无法覆盖或者供电严重不足的特殊地区,传统的冷藏设备无法使用,医疗制品的存储是一个难以解决的问题。为了解决这些特殊地区医疗制品的存储问题,提出了一种太阳能光伏直流蓄冷冷库,使用Fluent软件对冷库的瞬态温度场进行理论模拟,发现将蓄冷箱布置在四面墙壁的情况下冷库温度均匀性良好。在理论模拟的基础上搭建冷库进行实测,证明了采用这种布置方式完全可以满足疫苗等医疗制品的冷藏要求,以及太阳能直接驱动蓄冷冷库在偏远干旱地区的应用是可行的。 In some special areas where the power grid cannot be covered or the power supply is seriously insufficient,the traditional refrigeration equipment cannot be used,and the storage of medical products is a difficult problem to solve.In order to solve the storage problem of medical products in these special areas,a solar photovoltaic DC cold storage is proposed.The transient temperature field of the cold storage is simulated by Fluent software.The results show that the temperature uniformity of the cold storage is good when the cold storage box is arranged on four walls.On the basis of theoretical simulation,a cold storage was built for actual measurement,which proved that the arrangement can meet the cold storage requirements of vaccines and other medical products.It is proved that the application of solar energy direct drive cold storage in remote arid area is feasible.
