摘要
为研究黑枸杞花青素对小鼠血糖、血脂及脂肪细胞形态的影响,本试验将8周龄C57BL/6小鼠随机分为对照组、花青素组和吡格列酮组,灌胃给药8周后,对小鼠的体质量、肝脏系数、Lee's指数、血糖、血脂和脂肪细胞形态进行测定。结果表明:黑枸杞花青素能有效地降低小鼠体质量、肝脏系数及Lee's指数,改善血糖及胰岛素耐受,降低小鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白的含量,提高血清中高密度脂蛋白含量,同时黑枸杞花青素能够减少小鼠腹股沟白色脂肪细胞中脂滴的大小。因此,通过分析可以得出黑枸杞花青素能够降低C57BL/6小鼠血糖、血脂水平,减少脂质积累。
In order to study the effects of anthocyanin from lycium ruthenicum Murr on blood glucose,blood lipid and fat cell morphology of mice,8-week-old C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into control group,anthocyanin group and pioglitazone group.After 8 weeks of intragastric administration,the body mass,liver coefficient,Lee’s index,blood glucose,blood lipid and fat cell morphology were measured.The results showed that the anthocyanin from lycium ruthenicum Murr can effectively reduce the body mass in mice,the liver coefficient and Lee’s index,improve blood glucose and insulin resistance,reduce the mice serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein levels,increase the serum high density lipoprotein content.At the same time,anthocyanin from lycium ruthenicum Murr can reduce lipid droplets in the inguinal white adipose tissue in mice.Therefore,through the analysis of the date,it can be concluded that anthocyanin from lycium ruthenicum Murr can improve blood glucose,lipid level and reduce lipid accumulation in C57BL/6 mice.
