摘要
大学生做好职业规划有助于其明确学习目标,树立理性的就业观,因而意义重大。高校辅导员的角色优势能够激发大学生职业生涯规划意识,并对大学生职业的生涯规划具有个性化指导、心理辅导和推动作用。
It is of great significance for college students to do a good job in career planning,which helps them to have a clear learning goal and establish a rational view of employment.The role advantages of college counselors can stimulate students’awareness of career planning,and they can play the role of personalized and psychological guidance.
