摘要
当前,公共卫生人才的存量与增量、层次结构与质量水平都未能满足经济社会发展的需求。新时代,公共卫生人才培养是落实"健康中国"战略的理性选择,但是存在着培养模式陈旧、学科建设水平薄弱、理论研究支撑力不足等问题。培育复合型的公共卫生人才,高校更新教学观念、内容和方法,提升学科专业建设对人才培养的支撑力,加强公共卫生领域学术资源的教学转化,强化公共卫生人才服务社会的能力,健全师资队伍建设体系,为公共卫生人才培育发展营造良好生态。
At present, the stock and increment, hierarchical structure and quality level of public health talents is not meeting the needs of economic and social development. In the new era, cultivating public health talents is a rational choice to implement the strategy of"Healthy China", but there are problems such as outdated training model, weak discipline construction level, and insufficient theoretical research support. Cultivating compound public health talents, colleges and universities should update teaching ideas, contents and methods;enhance the support of discipline construction for talent cultivation;strengthen the teaching transformation of academic resources in the field of public health;strengthen the society service ability of public health talents;improve the construction system of teaching staff and create a sound environment for the cultivation and development of public health talents.
