双刀片切削技术在轧辊加工中的应用研究

摘要 传统的单刀片刀具加工,受限于刀具强度、寿命等因素,机床功率只能发挥20%~50%,机床功率不能得到充分利用。通过双刀片刀具的应用,可达到双刀架的效果,提高了设备利用率,提高了加工效率。双刀片刀具通过双刀片同时切削,同等情况下,明显的提高了切削深度,有效提高了机床功率利用率,加工效率提高70%~90%。在机床功率允许的情况下,还可以应用于双刀架机床,实现四个刀片同时切削,可进一步提升双刀架机床的加工效率。对于加工余量较大的粗加工,双刀片刀具效果更明显。 Traditional single blade tool processing,limited by the tool strength,life and other factors,machine power can only play 20%~50%,machine power can not be fully utilized.Through the application of the double-blade cutter,the effect of the double-blade rack can be achieved,the utilization rate of the equipment can be improved and the processing efficiency can be improved.Double blade tool through double blade cutting at the same time,under the same condition,significantly improve the cutting depth,effectively improve the power utilization ratio of the machine tool,processing efficiency increased by 70%~90%.Under the condition that the power of the machine tool allows,it can also be applied to the double-tool frame machine tool to realize the cutting of four blades at the same time.The processing efficiency of the double-tool frame machine tool can be improved by one step.For rough machining with large machining allowance,double blade cutting tool effect is more obvious.
