摘要
我国现有VTS中心已超过50个,基本覆盖沿海和长江干线的主要港口、重点水域,已经成为世界上VTS建设最多的国家.在硬件得到长足发展的同时,VTS在法制建设、数据共享和人员管理等方面还存在一些同发展形势不相适应的问题.针对这些问题,文中将从法制、数据交换、人才培养和文化建设等方面进行综合分析,提出国内VTS未来发展的相关建议,以期改善我国VTS的发展现状和管理水平.
There are over 50 VTS centers in China, basically covering major ports and key waters along China's coast and mainstream Yangtze River. China has become the country with the most VTS centers in the world. With the rapid development of hardware, problems still exist with VTS in terms of legal system development, data sharing, and human resources management, which is not compatible with the development circumstances. In view of these problems, the article comprehensively analyzes the legal system, data exchange, talent training and cultural development, and puts forward suggestions for the future development of domestic VTS, in order to improve the development status and management level of VTS in China.
