摘要
人的不安全行为是造成建筑施工安全事故的重要原因,检查工人作业区准入资格能有效阻止不合格工人进入作业区,减少工人不安全行为,降低安全事故的发生几率。本文针对作业区准入人工检查效率低、易出错的问题,提出一种利用实时定位技术和身份识别技术,自动检查工人作业区准入资格的安全管理系统。本文首先介绍了所提出系统的系统框架、关键技术、系统运行流程及系统功能,然后将该系统应用于某实际工程项目,验证该系统的实用性。结果表明,该系统能有效地进行作业区准入资格检查,减少无作业准入资格人员进入作业区,提高施工现场安全管理效率,减少安全事故。
The unsafe behavior of people is an important cause of construction safety accidents.Checking the access qualification of workers’work area can effectively prevent unqualified workers from entering the work area,reduce the unsafe behavior of workers and the probability of safety accidents.In this paper,aiming at improving the inefficiency and solving error-prone problems for manual inspection,a safety management system that uses real-time location technology and identification technology to automatically check access qualifications of workers is proposed.This paper introduces the system framework,key technologies,system operation processes and system functions of the proposed system first,and then applies the system to an actual construction site to verify the practicability of the system.The results show that the system can effectively check the qualifications of workers into the work area,reduce the number of unqualified people entering the work area,improve the safety management efficiency of the construction site,and reduce safety accidents.
