摘要
近年来,随着技术的快速发展,无人机在大型群众性活动中的应用日益普遍。大型群众性活动中防控力量相对薄弱、社会关注度高、影响力大且容易造成重大人员财产损失,成为暴恐分子发动袭击的目标之一。现阶段DIY或购买无人机缺乏有效的监管,无人机的卓越性能满足暴恐袭击的需求。因此需要通过制度管理、技术支撑和社会支持三个方面来进行无人机风险管控。
In recent years,with the rapid development of UAV technology,UAV has been widely used in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishing and other industries,especially in large-scale mass activities.In large-scale mass activities,the prevention and control force is relatively weak,the social attention is high,the influence is large and it is easy to cause signi ficant personnel and property losses,so it becomes one of the targets of terrorist attacks.At this stage,DIY or the purchase of UAV lacks effective supervision,and the excellent performance of UAV meets the needs of terrorist attacks.Therefore,the risk management and control of UAV need to be carried out through system management,technical support and social support.
