Optimization of Deeply Oil Removal Method from Food Residue Emulsion

摘要 餐厨垃圾乳化液含油率较低,直接用作反硝化外加碳源会导致污泥上浮,处理效果不好等问题。为探究餐厨垃圾乳化液深度去油最优方案,使用聚合硫酸铁(polyferric sulfate,PFS)混凝法与酸热法进行破乳,并用响应曲面法对PFS投加量、反应时间及转速进行优化。结果表明混凝法去油效果优于酸热法,最优条件(PFS投加量1200.0 mg·L^-1、混凝转速200.0 r·min^-1、混凝时间12.7 min)下油脂去除率高达99.6%。 The oil content of food residue emulsion is relatively low,which will lead to sludge floatation and poor treatment effect if it is directly used as denitrification plus carbon source.To explore the best scheme of deep degreasing of food residue emulsion,polyferric sulfate(PFS)coagulation method and acid heat method were used for demulsification,and the response surface method was used to optimize the dosage,reaction time,and speed of PFS.Results show that the oil removal efficiency of coagulation method was better than that of acid heat method,and the oil removal efficiency reached 99.6%under the optimal conditions(PFS dosage:1200.0 mg·L^-1,coagulation speed:200.0 r·min^-1 and coagulation time:12.7 min).
