摘要
格构式钢柱广泛应用于工业厂房排架柱或高大独立支柱,服役期间易受荷载的侧向冲击作用。基于Abaqus/Explict有限元软件对不同冲击能量和冲击位置下格构式钢柱的动态响应进行有限元分析。结果表明:悬臂试件在冲击位置较低时的冲击力时程曲线发展趋势与两端简支试件相似,变形破坏由剪切效应控制。随冲击作用位置的升高,试件的残余侧移增大,抗冲击承载力不断下降,变形破坏由弯曲效应控制;增大冲击能量,冲击力峰值和冲击力持时明显增加,并造成更大的残余变形。
Lattice steel column is commonly used in bent frame columns of industrial workshop building or tall detached columns.It is vulnerable to bear lateral impacts during service.Using Abaqus/Explict to analyze the dynamic response of a latticed steel column with a different impact energy and impact location.Result shows that the time-history curves of impact force of the specimens in lower impact position were similar to those of the solid-simple supported specimens,and the deformation was controlled by shearing effect.With the increase in impact height,the residual lateral displacement increased,the impact bearing capacity decreased,and the deformation was controlled by bending effect.As the impact energy increased,the peak impact force and the impact force duration increased,and thus caused larger residual deformation.
