基于影响区的城市轨道交通车站选址方法研究——以广州增城挂绿新城站为例

摘要 该文以广州市增城区挂绿新城站为例,提出了基于影响区的车站选址方法,定量研究车站的影响区范围、对周边地区人口和就业岗位的服务覆盖.首先根据最大出行时间、平均运距等影响因素,提出车站影响区的计算方法,之后将影响区划分为三级覆盖,并相应制定权重系数,最后依托地区详细规划成果得到车站对人口和就业岗位的综合覆盖,进行方案比选,确定车站选址. Reasonable selection of urban rail transit stations is important to urban development and transportation.In this paper,taking Guangzhou Zengcheng Gualv New Town Hub as an example,a method based on affected area is proposed to study the station location,and the impact on surrounding population and employment quantitatively.Firstly,according to maximum travel time,average distance and other factors,the method of station affected area is proposed,then the affected area is divided into three circle layers,and the corresponding weight coefficient is formulated.Finally,the comprehensive coverage of population and employment are obtained based on the regional detailed planning,to determine the location of a station.
