摘要
肺癌是目前我国发病率较高的肿瘤之一,其致死率也居高不下。临床上对肺癌的治疗主要以外科手术为主,辅以放化疗和生物靶向治疗。目前临床上的治疗已取得很大进步,但其副作用和术后并发症依然会使患者的生活质量降低,如疼痛、活动耐力降低等,从而危害患者的健康。因此提高肺癌患者临床治疗效果,优化患者生活质量显得尤为重要。肺康复作为非药物治疗,可以有效提高患者的活动耐力,缓解呼吸困难的严重程度,改善患者的生活质量。协同护理是一种激发患者及家属共同参与到护理过程中的护理模式,在这种模式下,对患者进行康复训练能够更为有效地利用现有的财力和人力资源,达到更好的护理效果。本文将从运动训练、呼吸肌训练、营养支持、心理支持进行综述,旨在为肺癌患者制订肺康复训练提供参考依据。
Lung cancer is one of the tumours with a high incidence in China,and its lethal rate is still high.The clinical treatment of lung cancer is mainly surgery,supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy and biological targeted therapy.At present,the clinical treatment has made great progress,but its side effects and postoperative complications still reduce the quality of life of patients,such as pain,reduced activity tolerance,and harm to the patients’health.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the clinical treatment effect and the quality of life of cancer patients.As a non-drug therapy,pulmonary rehabilitation can effectively increase patients’activity endurance,alleviate the severity of breathing difficulties,and improve their quality of life.Collaborative nursing is a mode that stimulates patients and their families to participate in the nursing process.Rehabilitation training can make use of financial and human resources to achieve better nursing results.In this article,the sports training,respiratory muscle training,nutritional support,psychological support will be made to provide reference basis for lung cancer patients to develop lung rehabilitation training.
