摘要
目的观察双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对老年2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2015年6月-2019年8月北京市丰盛中医骨伤专科医院内科收治的老年2型糖尿病患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后体质量、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等。结果治疗后,2组患者体质量、BMI、FPG、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及HOMA-IR均优于治疗前,且观察组患者FPG、2 hPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、HbA1c及HOMA-IR均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者体质量、BMI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后2组患者血清肌酐(SCr)水平均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊口服可进一步改善老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖及血脂水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of bifidobacterium triple viable capsule on the metabolism of glucose and lipids in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Eighty elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine,Beijing Fengsheng Special Hospital of Traditional Medical Traumatology and Orthopedics from June 2015 to August 2019 were selected,and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsule treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The body weight,body mass index(BMI),blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the body weight,BMI,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and HOMA-IR of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the levels of FPG,2 hPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,HbA1c and HOMA-IR in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in body mass and BMI between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);There was no significant change in SCr level between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule can further reduce the level of blood glucose and lipid,relieve insulin resistance in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
