摘要
本文测定了3个不同厂家的医用羧甲基壳聚糖的等电点,验证了《医用羧甲基壳聚糖》(YY 0953—2015)中等电点测定方法的可行性和可靠性,最后得出结论,为标准方法的实施提供参考。
This paper determined the isoelectric point of medical carboxymethyl chitosan from three different manu⁃facturers,and verified the feasibility and reliability of the isoelectric point determination method in"Medical Car⁃boxymethyl Chitosan"(YY 0953—2015),finally drawn a conclusion to provide a reference for the implementation of standard methods.
