摘要
针对三拱肋钢管混凝土桥拱肋混凝土灌注顺序进行分析,研究拱肋混凝土的灌注顺序对施工全过程中拱肋内力、应力和位移的影响,以确定合理的灌注顺序,保证混凝土灌注安全可控。研究结果显示:先灌注下弦管再灌注上弦管不易造成混凝土开裂;先灌注边拱肋再灌注中拱肋产生的混凝土拉应力要小于先灌注中拱肋再灌注两侧边拱肋产生的拉应力。
Based on the analysis on the pouring sequence of the arch rib concrete of a three arch rib concrete flled steel tube bridge,the influence of pouring sequence of arch rib concrete on the internal force,stress and displacement of arch rib in the whole construction process is studied,so as to determine the reasonable pouring sequence and ensure the safety control of concrete pouring.The results show that:it is not easy to crack the concrete by pouring the lower chord first and then the upper chord;the concrete tensile stress produced by pouring the side arch rib first and then the middle arch rib is less than that produced by pouring the middle arch rib first and then the side arch rib at both sides.
