摘要
随着数字化平台建立,传统大学生自我管理模式出现了弊端,大学生自我管理"线上+线下"模式应运而生。本文以宿迁市三大高校为研究对象,通过对三所高校中学生自我管理"线上+线下"模式的满意度调查,研究发现"线上"管理模式效率低、管理缺乏专业化;"线下"管理模式的制度缺乏规范化;"线上+线下"管理模式满意度低。针对这些问题结合宿迁三所高校的实际情况提出相应的对策。旨在提高服务质量的同时,不断优化大学生自我管理模式,吸取经验教训,建立健全"线上+线下"运营模式。这种模式利用当前的科学技术缓解了管理力量不足的问题,同时也提高了学生自我管理的能力,打破时间、空间的限制,成为一种新型的管理模式。
with the establishment of digital platform,the traditional self-management mode of college students has its drawbacks.The"online+offline"mode of self-management of college students emerges as The Times demand.This paper takes three universities in suqian city as the research objects,and through the satisfaction survey of self-management"online+offline"mode of middle school students in three universities,the research finds that"online"management mode is inefficient and lacks of professional management.The system of"offline"management mode lacks standardization;"Online+offline"management mode has low satisfaction.In view of these problems combined with the actual situation of suqian three universities put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The aim is to improve the service quality,constantly optimize the self-management mode of college students,draw lessons from experience,and establish a sound"online+offline"operation mode.This mode alleviates the problem of insufficient management power by using current science and technology,and improves students'self-management ability,breaking the limitation of time and space and becoming a new management mode.
