高浓度铬渣土稳定化/固化效果及其影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 以铬盐厂内铬渣土为试验对象,考察铁系、硫系及粘土不同还原剂对Cr(Ⅵ)的稳定作用,筛选出硫酸亚铁和硫酸复合使用的经济实用的稳定化药剂;通过考察不同影响因素对铬渣土稳定化效果的影响,确定最佳的工艺参数为硫酸用量7.5 mL/100 g土、硫酸亚铁用量35%、水土比3∶10、养护时间1 d;水泥固化剂不利于硫酸亚铁-硫酸药剂体系的修复效果,不宜搭配使用。处理后渣土能够满足《危险废物填埋污染控制标准》的要求,且具有长效稳定性,极大地降低了潜在生态风险。 The experiment has studied on the stabilization/solidification on high concentration of chromium residue,and the effect of influencing factors,for example,iron,sulfur and clay and so on,showing that mixed ferrous sulfate with sulfuric acid is the best economical and practical stabilizing agent.By investigating the influence of different influence factors on the effect of chromium residue stabilization,the best dosage of sulfuric acid is 7.5 mL/100 g residue,the best dosage of ferrous sulfate is 35%,water/soil ratio is 3∶10,the best curing time is 1 d.The cement is not suitable for the stabilization of ferrous sulfate-sulfuric acid system.After treatment,the residue can meet the request of "hazardous waste landfill pollution control standards",and has a long-term stability,which greatly reduces the potential ecological risk.
