摘要
对昆山市在役桥梁调研发现,大多数桥梁存在不同程度的桥头跳车病害。就跳车现象较为严重的元丰大道三标段桥头段开展研究,通过现场调研裂缝开展程度、路面凹陷状况,发现伸缩缝处凹陷、搭板端部隆起,且伸缩缝后出现纵向裂缝,说明搭板桥台端下方填土压实度不够,出现掏空区,且搭板在长度和厚度上的设计不合理。此外,路段采用多种处理工艺难以保证沉降一致、桥台下路基存在流沙层均是造成跳车的原因。
A survey of the in-service bridges in Kunshan City found that most bridges have varying degrees of abutment bump.Carrying out research on the bridge head section of the third bid section of Yuanfeng Avenue,where the phenomenon of bumping is more serious,through the on-site investigation of the degree of crack development and pavement depression,it was found that the expansion joint was depressed,the end of the slab was uplifted,and longitudinal cracks appeared after the expansion joint.All above show that the compaction of the fill under the end of the bridge abutment is not enough,resulting in a hollowed out area,and the design of the length and thickness of the plank is unreasonable.In addition,it is difficult to ensure consistent settlement due to various treatment processes on the road section,and the presence of quicksand layer under the abutment is the cause of the trip.
