摘要
目的探索年轻驾驶员自我效能感对驾驶技能的影响。方法采用中文版驾驶员自我效能感量表和驾驶技能量表对400名年轻驾驶员进行测量。结果男性驾驶员的驾驶技能得分比女性驾驶员高。驾驶员自我效能感得分与驾驶技能得分呈显著负相关。回归分析发现,驾驶员各人口学因素和自我效能感得分可以有效地预测题目一并解释35.9%,题目二37%,题目三18.6%,题目四23.5%,题目五30.1%,题目六21.7%,题目七10.4%和总分36.6%的变异率。结论年轻驾驶员自我效能感是影响驾驶技能的一个核心因素。
Objective To explore the effect of drivers'self-efficacy on young drivers'driving skills.Methods Four hundreds drivers were measured using the revised Driving Self-efficacy Scale and Self-assessment of Driving Skills Scale.Results Male drivers scored higher than female drivers in driving skills.Driver's self-efficacy score was negatively correlated with driving skills.Regression analysis showed that drivers'demographic factors and self-efficacy scores could effectively predict the variance rates of 35.9%,37%,18.6%,38.2%,23.5%,30.1%,21.7%,10.4%and 36.6%of the total scores.Conclusion The results show that young driver self-efficacy is a key factor that affected their driving skills.
