摘要
通过对持续暴雨情况下,多层砌体结构房屋浸水后的损毁情况及原因进行分析,并提出加固对策.研究表明:地基土为砂性土、房屋年久失修、整体性差为房屋毁损的内因;持续暴雨造成的水位上涨而后又下降的水位差从而发生渗透破坏是地基不均匀沉降的诱发因素.针对房屋毁损的原因及周边环境,针对性地提出了加固处理建议,以提高房屋后续的安全稳定性.
Based on the analysis of the damage condition and the reason of the multi-story masonry structure houses under the condition of continuous heavy rain, some Suggestions are put forward.The research shows that the reason of the damage of the house is that the foundation soil is sandy, the house is in disrepair and the integrity is poor.The seepage failure caused by the rising water level and then the falling water level caused by the continuous rainstorm is the inducing factor of the uneven settlement of the foundation.In view of the reasons for the damage of the house and the surrounding environment, some Suggestions are put forward to improve the safety and stability of the house.
