摘要
精益管理之路是现代化工业企业发展的必由之路,东方汽轮机借鉴丰田公司的精益思想,大力推进企业的精益生产管理。文章由精益思想起源入手,描述了精益思想扎根、助力精益生产管理的现状,并分析提出了持续提升精益生产需要关注的因素。
The route leading to the development of modern industrial enterprises is lean management.Drawing upon the lean thinking of Toyota,Dongfang Turbine vigorously promotes the lean production management.This article begins from the origin of the lean thinking,with describing the present situation how the lean thinking taking root in and assist it in lean production.And several factors are presented which needed to be concerned for the continuous improvement of lean production.
