摘要
目的:观察高龄白内障角膜缘切口超声乳化术的临床效果。方法:前瞻性病例对照研究。选取2015年1月至2018年12月深圳爱尔眼科医院2200例(2200眼)高龄白内障为研究对象,患者随机分为两组,对照组(1215眼)行透明角膜切口超声乳化术,观察组(985眼)行角膜缘切口超声乳化术。比较两组手术效果。结果:观察组术后上皮修复时间、切口修复时间均较对照组短(t=12.699,22.649,P=0.000,0.000)。术后7天,观察组裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力高于对照组(t=34.828,25.444,P=0.000,0.000);观察组手术源性角膜散光度低于对照组(t=24.929,P=0.000);观察组泪液分泌试验低于对照组(t=21.611,P=0.000);观察组泪膜破裂时间高于对照组(t=20.977,P=0.000)。结论:高龄白内障超声乳化术角膜缘切口手术效果优于透明角膜切口手术。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification with limbus incision in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods This was a prospective case-control study.A total of 2200 eyes of 2200 cases of senile cataract in Shenzhen Aier Eye Hospital were selected from Jan.2015 to Dec.2018.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.There were 1215 eyes in the control group,which received phacoemulsification with transparent corneal incision and 985 eyes in the observation group underwent phacoemulsification with limbal incision.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Epithelial repair time and incision healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group after operation(t=12.699,22.649,P=0.000,0.000).The uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity at 7 days after operation of the observation group were better than that of the control group(t=34.828,25.444,P=0.000,0.000).The surgically induced astigmatism of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=24.929,P=0.000).The Schirmer I test of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=21.611,P=0.000).The break-up time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=20.977,P=0.000).Conclusion The efficacy of limbal incision is better than that of transparent corneal incision in phacoemusification for senile cataract.
