摘要
FOCKE FX703内框卡纸剔除装置在原机上采用电磁阀控制气缸推杆机械臂位移实现剔除内框卡纸,存在堵塞频次高的缺点,严重影响了设备的运行效率,并且造成了资源浪费。针对这一问题开展技术研究,参照FOCKE公司其他包装机剔除方式,设计了一种基于高压喷气的内框卡纸剔除装置,利用压力大小合适的压缩空气将内框卡纸垂直吹出。长期运行结果表明:改进后的内框卡纸剔除装置具有堵塞频次低、设备运行可靠度高等优点,能够在烟草行业设备中推广使用。
FOCKE FX703 inner frame paper jam rejection device adopts solenoid valve to control the displacement of cylinder push rod mechanical arm on the original machine to achieve the elimination of inner frame jam.There are shortcomings of high blocking frequency,which seriously affects the operating efficiency of the equipment and causes a waste of resources.To carry out technical research on this issue,referring to other packaging machine rejection methods of FOCKE,an inner frame paper jam removal device based on high-pressure air jet was designed,which used compressed air of appropriate pressure to blow out the jammed paper in the inner frame vertically.The long-term operation results show that the improved i nner frame paper jam rejection device has the advantages of low clogging frequency and high reliability of equipment operation,and can be popularized and used in tobacco industry equipment.
