摘要
铝合金端框作为某产品的关键零件,其自身精度的高低对发射筒体的装配精度影响很大。为保证端框的精度,设计了端框专用翻转吊具。利用三维建模软件对翻转吊具实体建模,并对翻转吊具吊梁和关键零部件进行了有限元分析,实现了翻转吊具的优化设计。分析结果表明,该吊具安全可靠性高,能很好地满足端框的转运需求,且为今后翻转吊具的设计提供了有价值的参考。
Aluminum alloy end frame is a key part of a product,and it’s own accuracy has a great impact on the assembly accuracy of launching barrel.In order to ensure the accuracy of the end frame,a special flip spreader for the end frame is designed.The special flip spreader for the end frame was established by using 3D-modeling software.A finite element analysis of the special flip spreader hoisting beam and other key components was carried out,in order to find the optimal flip spreader.The analysis results show that the spreader has high safety and reliability,can well meet the transfer requirements of the end frame,and provides a valuable reference for the design of the flip spreader in the future.
