摘要
航空发动机涡轮叶片对建模精度有很高的要求,传统的通过软件绘制的方法不能满足航空发动机叶片的异构曲面的特性。采用逆向建模技术,通过光学测量系统获得涡轮叶片的点云文件,利用Geomagic Studio软件得到叶片的精确模型。偏差分析结果表明:所得叶片模型具有良好的平滑性和完整性,且相较于同类方法具有更高精度。
Aeroengine turbine blades have high requirements for modeling accuracy.The traditional method of drawing by software cannot meet the characteristics of heterogeneous curved surfaces of aeroengine blades.Research uses reverse modeling technology,the point cloud file of the turbine blade was obtained through the optical measurement system,and the precise model of the blade was obtained via Geomagic Studio software.The deviation analysis results show that the obtained blade model has good smoothness and integrity,and has higher accuracy than similar methods.
