摘要
为有效解决电力生产班组安全管理工作中存在的问题,提出班组"自我管理4S法"。该方法能够改变过去的"被动管理"模式,完善精益化全过程管理,且可为创建基础建设健全、安全建设有力、技能建设过硬、创新建设有效的新局面提供科学指导,最终实现电力的安全、可靠、稳定生产。
In order to effectively solve the existing problems in the safety management of electric power production team,the team"self-management 4S method"was proposed.This method can change the past“passive management”mode,perfect the whole process lean management,and provide scientific guidance for creating a new situation with sound infrastructure,strong safety construction,excellent skill building and effective innovation,and ultimately achieving safe,reliable and stable electric power production.
