摘要
随着新时期经济的迅速发展,我国市场环境在向好的方向转变。高校也为应对市场经济的发展做出了扩招的决策,加大了招生的规模。学生越来越多,就业的形势越来越恶劣,大学生就业的比率在逐渐地下降。另外,一些大学生就业的意识不强,甚至没有就业意愿,凸显出很多就业方面的问题,影响社会的和谐发展。
With the rapid development of economy in the new era,the environment of China's market is changing to a better direction.In response to the development of the market economy,colleges and universities have made the decision to expand enrollment,increasing the scale of enrollment,which makes the employment rate show a declining trend.In addition,some college students do not have a strong sense of employment,or even a tendency to employment,which highlights many employment problems and affects the harmonious development of the society.
