摘要
产学研合作协同育人机制是提升高校人才培养能力、完善人才培养体系的重要保障。从需求和产出角度,探讨了人才培养模式、企业准入制度、培养方案、学分认可、课程要求、教学质量管理、覆盖率和评价体系等改革措施。
The mechanism of Industry-University cooperation and education is the major driving force for improving the ability of talent training in universities and building a talent training system reasonably.From the point of view of demand and output,this paper discusses the feasible reform measures in the aspects of talent cultivation mode,enterprise admittance system,cultivation plan adjustment,teaching quality management,coverage range,evaluation system and continuous quality improvement.
