摘要
随着国家工业排放标准要求的提高,中国石化对催化裂化装置增设了烟气治理装置。其中双循环湍冲文丘里湿法脱硫除尘技术应用广泛。经过不断摸索及优化运行,烟气治理项目整体运行良好,达到了设计要求。对期间出现的设备故障及应对措施,从脱硝、脱硫和废水等几个单元进行了总结。装置改造较晚,工艺操作、设备选型等有比较大的完善,有一定的借鉴作用。
With the improvement of national industrial emission standards,additional devices of desulphurization and dust removal were set in Sinopec catalytic cracking units,of which the double circulation turbulent Venturi wet dedusting and desulphurization technologies were widely applied.After continuous exploration and optimization of operation,the Anqing catalytic flue gas treatment project has performed well and achieved design requirements.The equipment failures during the period were summarized from several units such as denitrification,desulfurization and wastewater.The reform was relatively late,the process operation,equipment selection,etc.had relatively large improvements,which had certain reference.
