摘要
对中药、西药的关系及有机化学在中药、西药发展中的应用等各方面进行了综述,阐述了有机化学在西药合成、西药代谢和中药的分离提纯、中药成分结构鉴定中都有重要的应用,并推动了中西药学的发展,使中西药学的体系更加完善。随着科学技术的迅速发展,各学科之间互相交融,有机化学在中西药物研发中发挥越来越重要的作用,对药学行业的发展与进步起着巨大的推动作用。
The relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and the application of organic chemistry in the development of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are reviewed.Organic chemistry has important applications in the synthesis and metabolism of western medicine,and the separation,purification and the structural identification of traditional Chinese medicine.And organic chemistry promotes the development of Chinese and Western pharmacy,making the system of Chinese and Western pharmacy more perfect.With the rapid development of science and technology and the integration of various disciplines,organic chemistry has played an increasingly important role in the development of traditional Chinese and western medicines,and has played a huge role in promoting the development and progress of the pharmaceutical industry.
