新机尾锥复杂多曲面连接蒙皮精准成形的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 某飞机外表面尾椎蒙皮结构件由4项钛合金零件拼接构成,其外形较为复杂,制造过程中难以满足飞机的隐身要求。针对该项目中遇到复杂曲面连接的尾椎件精准成形问题,进行充分的工艺性分析,比较各种可行的工艺方法,形成最优加工方案:先预成形(热成形)后,再进行热校形工序,以消除撕裂、起皱等回弹和畸变问题,最终成形出满足装配要求的零件。 The tail vertebrae outer surface of a certain aircraft is composed of four titanium alloy parts.The shape of the tail vertebrae is relatively complicated and it is difficult to meet the stealth requirements of the aircraft during the manufacturing process.In order to achieve precise forming of tail vertebrae with complex curved joints in this key scientific research project,sufficient process analysis are carried out,various feasible process methods are compared,and an optimal processing plan is formed:first forming and then heat-correction to eliminate the rebound and distortion problems such as tearing and wrinkling,and finally manufacture the parts that can meet the requirements.
