摘要
民国时期的白居易研究,无论是接受内容还是传播形式都具有鲜明的时代特点。受白话文运动与“五四运动”的影响,民国学者更注重研究白居易及其诗歌的社会现实意义,思想性更强,形成了比较显著的“平民化”特征。胡适的《元稹白居易的文学主张》突出白居易“有意作文学革新运动”的自觉性,强调文学是救济社会、改善人生的利器,贴合当时的社会文化环境与文学发展趋势,不仅标志着同时代白居易研究的学术水平,对民国时期白居易研究也产生了积极的影响。
Research on Bai Juyi in the period of the Republic of China featured the time definitely both in its content and the forms of transmission.Under the influence of the movement of writing in the vernacular and the May 4th Movement,scholars at that time paid more attention to the social and realistic meanings of Bai Juyi and his poems in their research,which showed more ideological content and a prominent plebeian feature.Hushi's Yuan Zhen and Bai Juyi's points of views on literature highlighted that Yuan Zhen and Bai Juyi had the consciousness of intending to initiate an inMaration movement of literature,emphasizing that literature is a sharp weapon to save the society and improve life,which adapted well to the developing tendency of sociocultural environment and literature at the time,marking the level of academic research on Bai Juyi at the time and exerting a positive influence on the research on Bai Juyi in the period of the Republic of China.
