摘要
红透山矿业公司一号变电所担负着全公司生产及辅助生产单位的安全供电,在矿山经营形式严峻的时期,既要做到减少设备维护成本,又要确保安全优质供电,必须从两方面着手.一方面要逐步对担负全公司供电任务的一号变电所内的供电设施进行技术改造,不断淘汰落后、故障率高、耗能高的老旧设备设施以减少日常的维护保养费用;另一方面要在日常的管理上不断完善加强,减少不必要的能源浪费,为公司创效益.
The No.1 substation is responsible for the safety power supply to the copper-zinc beneficiation plant and its auxiliary production units.In times of grim mining operation,it is necessary to reduce equipment maintenance costs and ensure safe and high-quality power supply.Two things should be done.For one thing,the power supply facilities in the No.1 substation,which is responsible for the power supply task of the whole company,should be gradually transformed,and the outdated,high failure rate and high energy consumption old equipment should be eliminated to reduce the daily maintenance costs,for another we should constantly improve and strengthen the daily management to reduce unnecessary energy waste to create benefits for the company.
